Dear Prime Minister,
On the occasion of your election as head of the Japanese Government, I would like to convey to you my warmest congratulations and my best wishes for every success in your important mission.
It is my firm belief that under your leadership, Japan will speedily and effectively continue on its way to full recovery from the ordeal of last March, ensuring the prosperity of the friendly Japanese people and the important role of the country in the world community.
I am looking forward to meeting you in the near future, in order to jointly explore possible ways for the further improvement and deepening of our bilateral cooperation.
