George Papandreou's Statement after his finish at the Athens Road Race

The President of PASOK took part in a road race organized by the City of Athens in order to promote sport and exercise.

After he completed the race, Mr. Papandreou noted that the event "Sends a message to the world for the Olympic Games about the security and freedom we all enjoy in Athens. I call on foreign visitors and athletes to come here. We will have fantastic games and we will all enjoy them together."
