PASOK — George Papandreous Visit to the Centre for Citizen Services (KEP) in Nea Ionia
 
I would like to thank all here for their work, noted the President of PASOK. Centres like this have taught us three important lessons. First, that we can fight the bureaucracy that torments Greeks citizens.
 
Second, that regional authorities can play a vital role in decentralising services for citizens and this direction we must continue to follow... And third..., concluded Mr. Papandreou, ...that the civil servant can be an ally and a friend to the citizen...
